This is the difference a weekly route makes

A pool left alone in Florida does not drift — it goes. And once it has gone, getting it back costs more than a year of keeping it.

What every visit covers

The work, not a list of promises.

  • Brushing, netting, vacuum and baskets
  • Chlorine, pH, alkalinity, stabiliser and hardness tested
  • Chemicals included — never billed on top
  • Pump, returns and filter pressure checked
  • Month to month — stop whenever you like

What happens on every visit

Not a list of promises — the actual work, in the order it gets done.

  1. Brush

Walls, steps, benches and the waterline. Algae releases when it is brushed and re-seeds when it is not.

  2. Clear

Net the surface, vacuum where it needs it, empty the skimmer and pump baskets.

  3. Test

Chlorine, pH, alkalinity, stabiliser, calcium hardness — and salt if the pool has a cell.

  4. Balance

Chemicals added to bring every reading into range, not just the chlorine.

  5. Check

Pump, skimmer, returns and filter pressure. Anything starting to fail gets flagged early.

What is involved

Weekly price depends on pool size, whether it is screened, and how much tree cover it sits under. Green-to-clean recovery and one-off cleans are quoted per pool — call (386) 343-2446 and we will give you a number on the phone.

What pool service costs around here

What we do

Equipment repairs, heaters and resurfacing need a licensed pool contractor in Florida. We spot the problem, tell you plainly what it is, and point you at someone who can do it.

Where we go

Routes run out of Deltona, north across west Volusia and south over the river into Seminole.

All areas we cover

Questions we get asked

How often should a pool guy come out in Central Florida?

Weekly. The heat and the afternoon rain keep chlorine demand high all twelve months, and on a fortnightly schedule the water spends several days out of balance between visits — which is how a pool turns green.

How much does it cost to clean a green pool in Deltona?

Green-to-clean is quoted separately from weekly service because it takes several visits over three to five days, a lot of chemical, and repeated filter cleaning — circulation and brushing do the work, not chemicals alone. A pool standing long enough to stain the plaster, or with stabiliser too high for chlorine to work, may need water replaced instead, and we will say so rather than sell you weeks that cannot win.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No long contract. Weekly service is month to month and you can stop any time. You confirm a short service agreement when you book so we both know what is included.

Do I need to be home?

No. We need gate access. Tell us once about a code, a latch or a dog and it goes on the route notes.

Why is booking online cheaper?

Because it costs us less. A booking that comes through the website with the address and pool details already filled in saves a phone call, a callback and a site visit to quote. That saving is $50 a month and it goes to you rather than to us.
